About Me

My name is Tira Hall, I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist.  I'm here to support you through life's ups and downs with care and understanding. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, or life transitions, let's work together to find your path to healing and growth. Your journey to a better you starts here!

I've had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life, and I'm especially passionate about supporting teens, adults, and families dealing with challenges like depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, work/life stress, shame, low self-esteem, and life transitions.

Through my work, I've witnessed the incredible transformations that therapy can bring, and I firmly believe that everyone has the potential to feel whole and fulfilled. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology Sciences and Education from the University of California, Irvine, and a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. My approach to therapy includes Psychodynamic Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which help you understand the underlying causes of your challenges and empower you with effective strategies to overcome them.

I'm dedicated to helping my clients find their voice, break free from harmful patterns, and navigate life's challenges. I strive to create a warm, accepting, and culturally sensitive environment where you can feel safe and supported. It would be an honor to join you on your journey toward healing and wholeness.
