About Me

Welcome! I’m Sally Mansour, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 30 years of experience supporting adults, youth, and families through life’s challenges. With a BS in Child Development and an MS in Counseling from California State University, Fullerton, I’m passionate about helping you navigate anxiety, depression, loss, PTSD, OCD, relationship conflicts, and work or academic stress.


I’m certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based approach to healing trauma, and I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help manage obsessive-compulsive symptoms and other concerns. My work has taken me across private practice, community outpatient settings, and higher education, where I’ve held clinical and leadership roles and engaged in community wellness initiatives. These experiences have deepened my commitment to fostering hope and positive change for people from all walks of life.


In our sessions, I create a warm, collaborative space where you can process challenges, uncover your inner strengths, and build tools to thrive. Whether you’re grappling with trauma, relationship struggles, or the demands of work or school, I’m here to help you identify and overcome triggers, guiding you toward a more fulfilling life. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions, tailoring our work to fit your needs and preferences.
