About Me
I support mothers, children, and families navigating life’s transitions, with a special focus on pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting. Using trauma-focused therapy and EMDR, I help clients process difficult experiences, build resilience, and reconnect with a sense of safety and well-being.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based. I create a nurturing space where mothers feel seen, children feel understood, and families can strengthen connection, attachment, and healing together.
I am especially passionate about supporting mothers and families of color, as well as children navigating trauma, ADHD-related challenges, and emotional overwhelm. My work is holistic and tailored—because healing is not one-size-fits-all.
