About Me

Life can leave marks we don’t always see. Maybe you’ve been carrying a lot for others, and it’s exhausting. You might be ready for a space where you can slow down, be seen, and start untangling what you’ve been carrying. I focus on postpartum changes, trauma, generational wounds, and unhealthy family patterns, as well as supporting adolescents navigating depression, anxiety, social pressures, and self-esteem. Healing is about moving from merely surviving to choosing how to show up for yourself, feeling grounded, and living in a way that feels authentic to you.

I work best with clients who are open to reflecting on their past and how it influences their present, even when it feels uncomfortable. Using Family-Systems, Person-Centered, and Attachment Theory, I help clients notice patterns, understand family dynamics, and develop strategies to navigate challenges in a way that feels safe and supported.

Therapy can feel scary, especially if you’ve spent years carrying it all on your own. You don’t need to have it all figured out. I move at a pace that feels safe for you. Therapy should be accessible to everyone, which is why I offer bilingual support in English and Spanish, so language isn’t a barrier. When you’re ready, I’m here to walk alongside you.
