About Me
I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I offer a supportive, grounded space where you don’t have to have everything figured out before you show up.
Clients often come to me when they feel overwhelmed, stuck, or like they’ve been carrying a lot on their own. In our work together, we slow things down, make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface, and build practical tools to help you feel more balanced and in control.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to you. I draw from psychodynamic therapy, CBT, and mindfulness-based techniques to support both insight and real-life change. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’re returning to it, I aim to meet you where you are and help you move forward in a way that feels manageable and meaningful.
