About Me

I am LicensedMarriage and Family Therapist who specializes in working with first-generation students, children, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, people of color, and survivors of trauma, domestic violence, and interpersonal violence.

I am an EMDR basic-trained and TF-CBT-trained therapist, which are modalities proven to be effective techniques to help individuals heal from trauma or other distressing life experiences. As an EMDR and TF-CBT-trained therapist, I can help you resolve and process memories and stressors that are making day-to-day life unmanageable.

My goal is to show up for you, human to human, by providing a safe, non-judgmental place for you to become the best version of yourself.

I work with a lens of unconditional positive regard for each of my clients.
