About Me

You're exhausted from carrying so much in your head. Maybe anxiety keeps you replaying conversations, ADHD leaves you overwhelmed despite trying your hardest, grief weighs on you in ways others can't see, or shame convinces you you're never enough. You may look like you're holding it together, but inside you're drained. Therapy can be a place to exhale, understand what's keeping you stuck, and create meaningful change. Together, we'll quiet the mental noise, strengthen self-compassion, and help you feel more grounded, connected, and like yourself again. You deserve support that helps you feel calmer and at peace with yourself again.

I help you untangle the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that leave you feeling stuck or disconnected from yourself. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the struggle, heal old wounds, and build healthier ways of coping. Through a compassionate, trauma-informed approach, I’ll help you create more peace, confidence, and connection in your life. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating a variety of concerns.

You don’t have to figure it all out alone. Change begins with one conversation. If you’re ready to feel more hopeful, understood, and supported, I’d love to help you take that first step. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel heard, empowered, and equipped with practical tools to navigate life’s challenges.

Specialties and Expertise / Modalities: I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating a variety of things (anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma and PTSD, grief, relationship and family concerns, women’s issues, life transitions, school issues, self-esteem, and related struggles).  My approach is integrative, drawing from CBT, ACT, attachment-based therapy, IFS, mindfulness, psychodynamic, and strength-based methods—always tailored to what feels most helpful for you.
