About Me

Therapy is a big step but it's an act of self-care and that is something to celebrate! Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stressed, navigating identity questions, or trying to manage the weight of past experiences, you deserve a space where you can slow down and breathe again.

I'm an Associate Marriage and Family therapist, Bay Area native, and a Mexican American woman of color. I understand the importance of feeling seen, understood, and supported in all the parts that you are. My work is grounded in cultural humility, authenticity, and deep respect for your lived experience. During my 5 years of practice, I've had the privilege of supporting teens, adults, and families in schools, colleges, and community health settings. In those spaces, I've learned that healing looks different for everyone and that each person's story matters.

I work with teenagers, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, identity development, self-esteem, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and gender-inclusive. I show up with compassion, and curiosity, and together we unpack what's getting in the way of you feeling grounded, confident, and aligned with your values. I'd be honored to walk alongside you to break old patterns, explore parts of yourself you've been holding back, strengthen relationships, or simply feel more supported in your daily life.
