About Me
One of the bravest things you can do is ask for help. Imagine traveling on a path and not knowing where you are headed. You might feel lost, afraid, alone, or unsure of which way to go. Whether you are seeking support as a client or guidance as an emerging clinician, taking that first step can feel overwhelming. Know that you do not have to navigate the journey alone.
What if you had a trusted partner to help support and navigate life's roadmap? I believe healing and growth happen through connection, authenticity, and a willingness to explore both strengths and challenges. My goal is to create a space where individuals feel safe, supported, and empowered to move toward the version of wellness that feels meaningful to them.
The same philosophy guides my work as a Clinical Supervisor. Just as finding the right therapist can make all the difference, finding the right supervisor is equally important. A strong supervisory relationship should feel collaborative, supportive, and encouraging while also providing opportunities for growth and professional development. As I step into the role of Clinical Supervisor, my goal is to help emerging clinicians build confidence, strengthen clinical skills, develop sound ethical decision-making, and discover their own unique professional identity.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with over 10 years of experience working with individuals, families, and adolescents. Throughout my career, I have supported clients facing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, relationship challenges, anger, mood regulation, and life transitions. These experiences continue to shape my work as both a therapist and supervisor.
My approach to supervision is grounded in curiosity, reflection, and lifelong learning. I believe clinicians grow best when they feel supported enough to ask questions, challenged enough to expand their skills, and encouraged enough to trust their own clinical judgment. Supervision is not about having all the answers; it is about developing confidence, competence, and authenticity as a clinician.
The field of psychotherapy is meaningful to me because it offers the opportunity to witness resilience, growth, and transformation. Whether I am working with clients or supporting developing clinicians, it is a privilege to walk alongside people as they discover their strengths and move toward their goals.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, reading, and discovering new restaurants and experiences. I value balance, connection, and creating space for both personal and professional growth.. I believe maintaining balance, connection, and personal growth outside of work is an important part of overall well-being.
Whether you are seeking therapy services or clinical supervision, I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward greater confidence, growth, and wellness.
