About Me

"I never lose. I either win or learn." — Nelson Mandela

This philosophy shapes my approach to therapy: every challenge is a chance for growth and connection. As a compassionate Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, I create a safe, inclusive space where clients feel seen and empowered.

I specialize in trauma-focused therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a research-backed method to reprocess painful memories, reducing their emotional impact. Using EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help individuals and couples heal trauma, navigate relationship challenges, and foster lasting change.

Rooted in cultural humility, I’m fluent in Armenian and Farsi and welcome clients from diverse backgrounds, including those facing cross-cultural or multigenerational challenges. My goal is to help you discover your strengths and build resilient, meaningful connections.

Whether healing trauma, strengthening relationships, or rediscovering yourself, I combine evidence-based techniques with empathy to guide you toward authenticity and resilience. Let’s begin this transformative journey together—reach out to explore how we can work toward healing and growth.
