About Me
I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship, and family issues. I use a combination of psychotherapy modalities to help clients explore personal meaning, help realign faulty thinking that may be acting as an impediment to personal growth, and mindfulness to help with focus and acceptance of the present moment.
My ultimate goal for my clients is to help them live authentically by tapping into their personal meaning so they can be who they are, and not a version of who others may want them to be.
I have broad career experience ranging from advertising executive, high school baseball coach, life design trainer, and staff therapist at Saint Mary’s College of California Counseling and Psychological Services department. In all of these roles, I used empathy to understand where people are so I can help them work through whatever challenges they may be facing.
