About Me
Many people come to therapy feeling disconnected, reactive, or unsure of who they are underneath their stress, roles, or survival patterns. Sometimes this shows up as anxiety, depression, or other mental health challenges that can feel overwhelming or isolating. I support people in navigating these challenges with greater awareness, flexibility, and ease.
My work is resilience-based and trauma-informed. I believe we are shaped not only by hardship, but also by the strength and adaptability that helped us survive it. Together, we explore the stories you’ve learned about yourself — through family, culture, relationships, and life circumstances — and whether those stories still fit or support your growth and mental health.
I am a Pre-Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist working with individuals, couples, and adolescents navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, neurodivergence, mood and emotional regulation, and relational challenges. If you need support, you don’t have to navigate this alone — when you’re ready, I would be honored to walk alongside you through this process.
