About Me

I am a bilingual Spanish-speaking Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California, dedicated to support individuals through life’s challenges with compassion and cultural sensitivity. I provide a warm, collaborative space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow.

With experience across a range of clinical settings including inpatient treatment, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization programs (PHP), community based in home services, and private practice. I bring a flexible and well-rounded perspective to the therapy process.

My approach is integrative and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and mindfulness-based practices, humanistic, and person-centered framework. I strive to meet clients where they are while honoring their personal and cultural experiences.
