Do you accept insurance?
Currently, we accept:
- All PPO insurances are verified.
- Private Pay.
- VA Referrals: Veterans and Active Duty, please contact Veteran Affairs to be referred to us with a referral number/authorization number.
- Contra Costa County MediCal: Please contact your Contra Costa County provider to be referred to us with an authorization number.
- San Mateo County MediCal: Please contact your Health Plan of San Mateo or your Behavioral Health Recovery Services (BHRS) of San Mateo provider to be referred to us with an authorization number.
Is online therapy available?
Yes. Please call for a free 15-minute consultation. We can arrange teletherapy or online therapy to suit your needs.
Is in-person therapy available?
Currently, we are only accepting in-person therapy for our Walnut Creek and Cerritos offices on a case-by-case basis.
Do you offer EMDR therapy?
Currently, we do not; however, we do utilize other evidence-based treatment modalities that may be of interest to you, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and many more.
What can I expect in therapy?
Our clients often begin therapy as a result of trauma, depression, grief, alcohol or substance abuse, and other issues. We work together with a focus on creating a custom treatment plan that works best for you. To talk about your needs in therapy or the needs of your child, please get in touch.
